Job Summary

GIS IT Architect Utilities

Gas/Energy/Electric/Utilities/Oil industry experience is highly preferred by the client

Job Summary:

- Lead the design modernization and integration of enterprise GIS platforms for utility operations.
- Architect and support enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Pro and ArcFM.
- Direct Utility Network and Geometric Network migrations including data modeling and conversion.
- Design and implement geocoding and reverse geocoding services with ArcGIS Enterprise and REST APIs.
- Develop and integrate GIS services with external systems (WMS OMS WMIS) using and JavaScript.
- Oversee ArcGIS Enterprise installation upgrades performance optimization and security.
- Provide technical leadership for GIS developers DBAs and analysts.
- Guide GIS DevOps automation and best practices leveraging Agile methodologies.
- Support the development of mobile web and desktop GIS solutions for electric and utility clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Prefer candidates with extensive experience in the utilities sector (Gas/Energy/Electric/Oil).
