- Serve as a System Administrator with strong ServiceNow expertise especially in CMDB ITOM and ITSM processes.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the ServiceNow CMDB and related data.
- Govern and maintain CMDB health including data normalization reconciliation and duplicate elimination.
- Configure and support integrations with enterprise systems (e.g. SCCM Active Directory).
- Utilize ServiceNow modules for Incident Change and Problem Management aligning with ITIL v4 best practices.
- Automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow JavaScript and the Glide API.
- Develop and maintain CMDB Health Dashboards audit and compliance reports.
- Support configuration management and ITIL-aligned processes.
