Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Experience REQUIRED Traveler Experience: Unit will ACCEPT 1st time travelers with 2 years of experience at minimum Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes ***PICU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*** ***Manages a lot of neurology post ops*** Certs: BCLS PALS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Skills: Neurology Experience Administer Chemo IV Placement and Lab Draw JOB DETAILS: -TARGET RATIOS: 1:2 ratio based on acuity sometimes 1:3; 8 Rooms -Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks! -SHIFT: 36 HOURS Can be Offered -12 HR DAYS; 06:45 - 19:15 ***RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer*** -Call Requirement: NONE -Float Requirement: **Float required as needed. -Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Diagnoses - respiratory neurosurgery heme/onc we basically see everything except cardiac surgery and dialysis. SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: 8-10 bed unit that sees 0-17 yrs SCHEDULING TYPE: We have a scheduler who will work with the travelers and put their schedule in. We do every other weekend and then try and fill in holes. Our scheduler is wonderful and really works with the travelers on what will work. SCRUBS: Not Provided. Peds-friendly tops with Navy Blue pants or Navy
