Job Summary

Must Have TechnicalFunctional Skills Graduate of bachelors degree preferably IT related coursesLocation DetroitAssociate should be onsite from day 1- 5 days a week onsite from Client of 5 years of Workday Integration Experience3 to 5 years of Recruitment module experienceProven experience with Workday Studio and backend integration domain knowledge in Workday HCM Recruitment and Core HR with HR data models security configurations and business with RESTSOAP web services XMLXSLT and middleware Excellent communication and problem-solving certifications (e.g. Studio Integrations Extend) are a ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Workday with HR Recruitment and IT teams to gather requirements and build customized integrations aligned with business and troubleshoot existing integrations ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security integration designs technical specifications and support on best practices for Workday integration architecture and roadmap planning.
