Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.- Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to reflect changing client needs and market conditions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management.- Strong understanding of user experience design principles.- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.- Experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
