Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Source screen and interview technical candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Use data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes
Mentor junior recruiters when needed
