Job Title - Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Experience - 6- 15 Years

Location - Hyderabad

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirement:-

• The candidate is expected to have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Applications with implementation experience in at least 3 end to end projects.
• Expert knowledge on Cloud HCM Integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP) Reporting (OTBI & BIP) Fast Formula & Personalization.
• Strong experience with Fusion technologies including HCM Extracts HDL Fast Formulas BI Publisher Reports & Design Studio.
• Should have good experience in re-doing/migrating necessaryCustomizations/personalizations in Redwood using Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Should have knowledge of groovy script and needs to convert groovy script to Redwood.
• Should possess the ability to use Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to configure and extend Oracle Cloud applications.
• Should possess good experience in applying business validations on the page defaulting fields based on region/location/BU/LOB using bind variables on the UI pages.
• Should have good experience of working in Express mode to work with Constants Business Rules Page Properties etc. to support business requirements.
• Should have good understanding of the ability to Enable/hide fields w.r.t to the context (ex. Manager / Employee/ HR Manager).
• Should possess good experience of bringing and integrating Journeys on the pages.
• Good experience of enabling Reports/ Dashboard on the standard pages.
• Good experience of creating standalone pages and linking them to third-party systems.
• Possess good experience in customizing and extending the Oracle Cloud application using Oracle Visual Builder and other tools.
• Possess Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Possess Good experience of customizing SaaS pages using Visual Builder Studio.
• Should possess good experience of using Advance Expression mode to apply validations in Redwood.
• Should have good experience of customizing existing Journey page of Oracle application using Oracle VB Studio.
• Should have good experience of creating a new App UI using VB Studio.
• Should possess good experience of Embedding custom VBCS application in Oracle SaaS.
• Should possess good experience of adding a new menu in Oracle SaaS to call a new Redwood page.
• Should have good experience of customizing HCM SaaS pages such as Connection page HCM Learning page HCM Seniority Date page Personalizing HCM Cloud Goal Centre using Visual Builder Studio.
• Should have good experience of applying Validation Rules to validate field values defaulting the values using Business Rules.
• Should have good experience of building an end-to-end new application extension using VBS and deploy in Oracle Fusion.
• Apart from the above experience advanced knowledge in OIC ADF Java PaaS and DBCS etc would be an added advantage.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills personal drive flexibility team player problem solving influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity engagement delivery continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
• Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills mentorship Work Allocation Monitoring and status updates to Project Manager.
