Role Context
Intouch Healthcare Solutions is a growing home care agency serving Maryland and Virginia. This role is designed to transition the Owner from day-to-day operations into a strategic leadership position. This is a leadership operations role not a coordinator or assistant position.
Role Purpose
The Operations / Administrative Manager will own the daily operations of the agency and act as the primary operational decision-maker ensuring smooth execution without constant escalation to the Owner.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
3 7 years of home care or home health operations experience
Experience with scheduling intake EVV (Axiscare/MyEVV preferred) compliance
Supervision of admin or coordination staff field staff and interviewing and hiring candidates
Comfortable enforcing policies and making decisions
Core Responsibilities
Daily: Oversee scheduling intake billing admin operations
Weekly: Review KPIs resolve bottlenecks report to Owner
Monthly: Compliance readiness staffing planning workflow optimization
Decision Authority
Authorized to resolve staffing issues enforce SOPs direct admin staff. Escalates legal licensure major compliance or strategic financial decisions.
Success Metrics
30 Days: Independently manage daily operations
60 Days: Reduced missed visits improved accountability
90 Days: Owner fully removed from daily operations
Compensation
Base Salary: $72000 $85000
Performance Bonus: Based on operations & retention
