Assess patients physical cognitive and emotional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Help patients improve daily living skills (e.g. dressing eating working mobility)
Use therapeutic activities and adaptive equipment
Educate patients families and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports
Collaborate with physicians physical therapists speech therapists and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with ethical legal and safety standards
