Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home
Location: Scunthorpe (DN15)
Salary:(Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
We are recruiting a Registered Manager (or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to register) for a small well-supported childrens residential home in Scunthorpe supporting 2 children/young people with EBD / LD needs.
Tasks
- Overall management of the childrens home ensuring full Ofsted compliance
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Leadership supervision and development of staff
- Maintaining high standards of care quality and documentation
- Managing rotas staffing and daily operations
- Working closely with external professionals and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous Registered Manager experience or Deputy Manager experience with readiness to register with Ofsted
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Childrens Residential Services (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspections safeguarding and Childrens Homes Regulations
- Ability to lead motivate and develop a care team
- Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people

- Passport (British passport holders)
- Right to Work share code (for non-British passport holders)
