What you would do as our Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager you will have the opportunity to lead Trakas growth in theUK automotive sector. This role is pivotal in expanding Trakas footprint across automotive dealerships in the UK by identifying new opportunities building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique challenges of the automotive environment.

You would also:

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan specifically for the automotive sector targeting mostly automotive dealerships.

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing including RFP responses and contract negotiations while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular sales forecasts.

Promote Trakas intelligent key and asset management solutionssuch as electronic key cabinets smart lockers and medication distribution systemstailored to the automotive needs.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical marketing product) to customize solutions and ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Represent Traka at automotive industry events and staying up to date on relevant regulations procurement frameworks and digital transformation trends.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

Has proven track record in business development or sales within the automotive sector

Has excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Has self-motivation and is target-driven capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of performance.

Has experience with access control security or asset management technologies is desirable and adds value to the role.

Has willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the UK including regular overnight stays and occasional international travel.
