Job Summary
Our client is a reputable agricultural company seeking a motivated Trials Trainee to support the management and execution of crop trials.
This is a fixed three-month contract ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience within an agricultural trials environment.
Salary and Benefits:

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning implementation and management of crop trials.
- Support data collection monitoring and recording of trial results.
- Ensure trials are conducted according to agreed protocols and timelines.
- Assist with field inspections assessments and basic analysis of trial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic trial reports.
- Support general field and trial site maintenance as required.
Key Skills:
- Strong interest in crop production and agricultural research.
- Good observational and data recording skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and in field conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow trial protocols accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- A Degree or qualification in Agriculture Plant Science Biological Science or a related field.
- Alternatively equivalent practical experience within an agricultural or crop trials environment will be considered.
