Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Architect with a robust background in enterprise applications and architecture frameworks preferably with industry experience in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) domains. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture tools such as BizzDesign LeanIX ServiceNow Ardoq or similar platforms and should have practical proficiency in BPMN-based process modeling. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and technical depth to drive architecture alignment process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve enterprise-wide architecture frameworks covering business data application and technology layers.
- Use EA tools like BizzDesign LeanIX or equivalent to maintain architecture repositories generate views and conduct impact analysis.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define current and target state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct capability mapping process decomposition data flow modeling and technology rationalization.
- Establish and govern architecture standards modeling practices and metadata management.
- Support strategic programs including cloud migration ERP modernization and integration initiatives.
- Provide architectural oversight for major projects and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Develop visualizations such as architecture heatmaps dashboards and dependency matrices for executive reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
- experience in Enterprise Architecture Business Process Modeling or Solution Architecture.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale application landscapes preferably within the EPC industry.
- Hands-on experience with BizzDesign LeanIX or other EA platforms.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN standards and experience using tools such as Signavio Bizagi or BizzDesign for process modeling.
- Familiarity with TOGAF ArchiMate or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments (e.g. Azure AWS GCP) and integration architecture.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- TOGAF or ArchiMate certification.
- Experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Business Capability Modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile SAFe or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks for architecture and process management.
