Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Search Engineer with hands-on experience in the Sinequa search platform to build and support enterprise search solutions.
You will work on designing and implementing search capabilities across enterprise data sources enabling users to discover information efficiently across structured and unstructured content repositories.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise search solutions using the Sinequa platform
- Integrate search functionality with enterprise data sources such as databases document repositories and web services
- Configure indexing pipelines and manage data ingestion for large datasets
- Implement search features including filtering faceting and autocomplete
- Optimize search relevance and ranking strategies to improve result quality
- Build and integrate REST APIs for applications that leverage search functionality
- Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable enterprise search architectures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to search indexing and query execution
Requirements
Required Skills
- 4 years of software engineering experience with enterprise search or search platform implementations
- 1 years of hands-on experience with the Sinequa platform
- Strong understanding of enterprise search concepts indexing and search architecture
- Experience with Java / Spring or similar backend technologies
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL data sources
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data processing
Preferred Skills
Experience working with enterprise search technologies such as:
- Elasticsearch
- Apache Solr
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and DevOps practices is an advantage.
