Job Summary

Essential Skills

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
o Administer Windows Server environments and manage Hyper-V
virtualization.
o Oversee networking (LAN/WAN firewalls VPNs) and ensure optimal
performance.
o Manage on-premise physical storage and backup strategies.
o Implement and maintain SharePoint and collaboration platforms.
Cloud & Licensing
o Manage Microsoft 365 licenses configuration and compliance.
o Basic administration of Azure services (VMs networking IAM).
o Plan and track application licenses across the organization.
Security & Compliance
o Implement security management practices including firewalls
endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments.
o Handle audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with ITIL
and security standards.
IT Service Management
o Apply ITIL best practices for incident change and problem
management.
o Oversee desktop support and end-user issue resolution.
Asset & Identity Management
o Manage IT asset lifecycle and maintain accurate inventory.
o Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Team Leadership
o Lead and mentor IT team members allocate resources and manage
workload.
o Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Communication & Coordination
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular
updates.
o Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support.
Project & Budget Management
o Plan and execute IT projects within timelines and budgets.
o Prepare and manage IT budgets for infrastructure and software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
o Windows Server administration Active Directory.
o Networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) firewall configuration.
o Hyper-V virtualization and storage management.
o Microsoft 365 administration and license management.
o SharePoint configuration and maintenance.
o Basic Azure administration (VMs networking IAM).
o Security management (firewalls endpoint protection vulnerability
scanning).

o ITIL framework knowledge.
o Audit handling and compliance reporting.
