Could you be the full-time IT Project Analyst in Bangalore were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic dedicated and collaborative teammates.

Youll play a vital role in bridging the gap between Alstom and its vendors ensuring the seamless planning execution and delivery of IT projects across IT Operations. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT Operations ServiceNow development teams and other Business Units) monitor project progress and ensure compliance with internal standards policies and governance frameworks and much more.

Youll specifically take care of project coordination and stakeholder management but also support change management and communication plans for project rollouts.

Well look to you for:

  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables

  • Tracking project progress timelines and budgets using project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira ServiceNow)

  • Analyzing project data and generating reports to support decision-making and performance tracking

  • Identifying risks and issues and assisting in developing mitigation strategies

  • Facilitating meetings documenting minutes and following up on action items

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

  • Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or Technology

  • ITIL certification(s) (advantageous)

  • At least 6 years of experience in IT preferably in areas like project management

  • Hands-on experience with end-user related technologies/domains (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of IT systems hardware software and practices

  • Relevant experience in managing ITIL processes and frameworks

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and general management skills

  • Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to collaborate influence and motivate cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability to change including shifting and competing priorities

  • Strong customer quality cost and delivery focus
