Job Summary

Job Title- Procurement Jr. Professional

Job Location- Bhubaneswar Odisha

Working Day- 6

Slary upto - 9 LPA

Experience Minimum 3 Years in handling high value contracts for different services such as Mining Geology Project Plant & Machinery Operation & Maintenance Civil Works Manpower IT Services etc.

Experience & knowledge in SAP MM Module/ e-procurement/ GeM Portal/ Procurement in Govt. sector/ PSU

Key Responsibilities:

Materials Management:
- Plan and manage the flow of materials from suppliers to production and dispatch.
- Monitor material requirements to avoid shortages or excess.
Logistics Management:
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with demand forecasts and budget targets.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize obsolescence and pilferage.
Warehouse Management:
- Supervise warehouse operations layout optimization and space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehousing.
Procurement:
- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs.
Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Cost Optimization:
- Analyze supply chain expenses and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency across processes.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory procurement and logistics metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
