Job Summary

ETL QA:

Work Location:-HTC GDC(ChennaiBangaloreHyderabad)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ETL QA Tester with over 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL testing data validation and quality assurance processes with a deep understanding of data warehousing and transformation concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL processes.
Validate data extraction transformation and loading workflows across multiple data sources and targets.
Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across systems.
Write complex SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure accurate testing coverage.
Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools.
Optimize SQL queries for performance and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 years of experience in ETL testing or a similar QA role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with query optimization.
Hands-on experience with database management systems (Oracle & Snowflake)
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts architectures and ETL processes.
Experience with data validation frameworks and data quality tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with QA tools like HP ALM JIRA TestRail or similar.
Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g. Python)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica Talend SSIS or Apache NiFi.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS Redshift Azure Synapse Google BigQuery).
