Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training HR Executive to support the
design coordination and delivery of employee training programs. This role will focus on
enhancing workforce capabilities ensuring compliance with organizational standards and
fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions workshops and
seminars for employees.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth
integration.
Learning Administration: Manage training records attendance and feedback through
HR systems.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external trainers and institutes to deliver specialized
programs.
Employee Development: Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommend appropriate
training interventions.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure training programs meet organizational and statutory
requirements; prepare reports on training effectiveness.
Support HR Initiatives: Collaborate with HR team on performance management
employee engagement and career development activities.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
1 2 years of experience in HR or training coordination.
Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
1 2 years of experience in HR or training coordination.
Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
