Leadership & Behavioral Training
- Conduct needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform a post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
- Support in designing and developing learning programs with a basic understanding of adult learning principles and systematic instructional design.
- Work with best-in-class external service providers and L&OD partners to deliver learning programs.
- Co-creating and rollout of Leadership Functional and Behavioral training initiatives.
- Design learning interventions (journey & content) with a quantitative measure of success
- Build content for learning interventions facilitated internally through strong research conceptual knowledge & stakeholder management
- Manage effective formal and informal communication for learning programs such that it drives awareness adoption and attendance.
- Gather and analyze the effectiveness of training interventions including its employee experience and its business impact.
- Ability to manage learning programs across the L&D team personal effectiveness foundational technical and functional skills and managerial skills.
- Support the process of Annual Talent Review for identifying and developing high potential employees and succession planning for critical positions.
Functional Capabilities:
- Has strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Conceptual strength on Learning & Development with awareness of contemporary methodologies.
- Has awareness of various L&D delivery channels (i.e. digital modules scenario-based learning gamification classroom training coaching etc.)
- Has experience managing e-learning platforms and practices
- Has experience curating content for learning programs based on program outline and objectives.
