Job Summary

Job Title: O&M Engineer Water Supply Network
Location: Pune Maharashtra
Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled O&M Engineer to manage and optimize the citys water supply zone network. Key responsibilities include reducing Non-Revenue Water (NRW) maintaining pressure and LPCD levels ensuring water quality and resolving customer complaints efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Implement NRW reduction strategies and monitor network performance.
Maintain pressure across DMAs and ensure adequate LPCD supply.
Oversee operation and maintenance of valves pumps and reservoirs.
Manage water quality monitoring and compliance.
Resolve customer complaints and communicate service updates.
Plan and supervise maintenance schedules; manage asset inventory.
Report on performance indicators maintenance and water quality.
Respond to emergencies like leaks or contamination.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Civil Mechanical Diploma Civil
Experience: 3 5 years in urban water network O&M; experience with DMA SCADA and NRW preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics O&M practices and asset management.
- Proficiency in GIS O&M tools MS Office.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and emergency situations.
