Job Summary

Primary skills: ServiceNow CSM Platform

Key responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  2. Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications modules and integrations to meet organizational needs.
  3. Debug issues related to performance and provide fixes to those.
  4. Coordinate with the PO for the deliverables and prioritization of the tasks.
  5. Prepare the runbook for the releases and coordinate during the release.
  6. Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  7. Lead and mentor developers fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
  8. Stay current with industrys best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development (latest version GenAI NowAssist capabilities etc.) recommending and implementing improvements as necessary
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  10. Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
  11. Understanding of Proximus architectural build and provide solutions for customer needs.
  12. Provide support to the developers and the team members
  13. Mentor/ groom the team to upskill themselves on the latest features in ServiceNow
  14. Offer developers/ team members constructive feedback to help them build the latest and in-demand skills
  15. Support hiring activities by reviewing profiles and evaluating them.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow SME/ Tech Lead with a minimum of 8yrs in ServiceNow platform.
  2. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture design and best practices.
  3. ServiceNow implementation experience in CSM module.
  4. Proficient in CMDB and data loads.
  5. Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS.
  6. Must have knowledge of SLAs
  7. Must have hands-on experience in Flow Designer
  8. Excellent scripting skills and well awareness of the best practices.
  9. Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools including but not limited to Configurable workspace Workflow Editor Form Designer UI Builder and Service Portal.
  10. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly desirable.
  11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  12. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
