Job Summary

SAP Ariba experience with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Ariba.

Invite existing suppliers to Ariba and BTP

New suppliers Creation and extension after business go-live

Assist external suppliers to complete registrations through email and Webex

Assist Apple Internal users with navigation login and process-related inquiries

Provide weekly updates on the supplier onboarding progress

Document recurring issues and FAQs

Perform root-cause analysis for system issues data failures or integration errors and present the findings to the project Team

Maintain technical documentation troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles
