Job Description
The Assistant Manager Banking Operations & Treasury will support the organisation with Banking Operations Overlook Treasury functions banking relationships. The role involves monitoring cash flows managing banking transactions Vendor Payments Statutory Payments Bank reconciliatins ensuring compliance with Trade & Financial regulations and assisting in strategic treasury initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Cash flow management: Monitor daily cash positions forecast short-term and long-term liquidity needs.
Banking operations: Handle fund transfers bank reconciliations and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Trade & Non-Trade : Export Import IDPMS & EDPMS Compliance Closure.
Treasury support: Assist in investment decisions debt management and foreign exchange operations.
Compliance & reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies RBI/SEBI guidelines and prepare treasury reports.
Relationship management: Maintain strong working relationships with banks financial institutions and auditors.
Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks related to liquidity interest rates and currency fluctuations.
Process improvement: Support automation initiatives and enhance efficiency in treasury workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: or MBA Finance Banking Insurance
Experience: 5 - 8 years in banking operations corporate finance Basic Knowledge of treasury management.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Advance MS Excel ERP systems SAP and treasury management tools.
Analytical ability: Good Business Acume Team management forecasting and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for dealing with banks and stakeholders.
Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with RBI guidelines FEMA and other banking regulations.

Attention to detail with accuracy in Reportings.
Support to treasury planning.
Team collaboration with cross-functional departments.
Adaptability in a dynamic financial environment.
