Job SummarySanico is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand dealer networks and drive field sales. The role involves meeting dealers converting leads provided by the company and strengthening market presence in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities-
Handle field sales activities for sanitaryware and tiles

Follow up and convert company-provided leads

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
-
Expand and manage the dealer network in assigned areas
-
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries
-
Provide market feedback on pricing competitors and customer needs
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing

Mandatory experience in Sanitaryware / Tiles / Building Materials industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset

Two-wheeler is mandatory

Petrol allowance will be provided

Candidate age should be below 35 40 years

Experience handling dealer networks in Chennai or nearby areas
