Job Summary
Director of Identity & Access Management
Location: Hybrid Atlanta GA (onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 6 months
Description:
- Own the development delivery and day-to-day operations of IAM services including authentication authorization identity lifecycle governance PAM B2B/B2C MFA SSO privileged access and reporting
- Lead IAM projects and platform modernization efforts including migrations from SAP IDM
- Ensure new business applications comply with client identity standards and integrate into enterprise IAM processes
- Execute identity and access governance routines aligned with industry best practices
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Bottler organizations
- Mentor and coach IAM team members to support performance and career growth
- Manage budgets for IAM solutions projects vendors and personnel
- Collaborate across teams to plan and allocate resources for prioritized initiatives
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in IAM IT or security-related roles
- Proven ability to lead mentor and manage teams
- Hands-on experience designing implementing and operating IAM solutions (e.g. Entra / Azure AD Azure AD B2C / External Identities SAP IDM GRC PAM)
- Strong understanding of authentication and access models zero trust principles and integration/automation tools
- Experience using data and reporting to ensure consistent high-quality process execution
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills across teams and organizations
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
