This position is for an Occupational Therapist specializing in outpatient lymphedema treatment. The role involves providing occupational therapy services to patients with a focus on lymphedema management. The therapist will work a 5x8 day shift with the possibility of 4x10 shifts and may need to float within their scope of practice to meet facility needs.

Location:Decatur Illinois United States
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a focus on lymphedema treatment.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and independence.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
- May float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a focus on lymphedema treatment.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- BLS certification.
- State Occupational Therapy license.
- NNBCOT certification.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in outpatient lymphedema treatment.

Special Considerations:
- Rotating weekend requirement every 6 weeks.
- Limited RTO (ideally no more than 5 days).

- 5x8 day shifts (0800-1630) open to 4x10 shifts.
