Employment Type: Part-Time (Nonexempt On-site)
Schedule: Outpatient Monday Friday with variable start times between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
Salary-$72800- $114400

Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence across outpatient and related care settings. This role focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions that support activities of daily living promote safety and maximize patient engagement in meaningful routines. The OT collaborates with an interdisciplinary team provides patient and caregiver education and ensures accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence
- Support patients in performing activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain a safe and effective treatment environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience preferred
