We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to drive an organizational change management transformation. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our personnel transformation achieves its full potential by focusing on the people side of change-preparing supporting training and equipping our employees to successfully adopt new team members business units processes standards and ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in organizational change management preferably supporting organizational transformations or initiatives
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR Kotter Lewin or similar frameworks)
- Demonstrated ability to develop present and execute comprehensive change management plans
- Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience developing and delivering user training programs
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities capable of influencing at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience conducting stakeholder assessments impact analyses and readiness evaluations
- Facilitate workshops town halls and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input
- Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience preparing end users for new systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change management certification (Prosci CCMP or equivalent)
- Familiarity with training tools and platforms (LMS video creation e-learning development)
- Experience in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation
