Job Summary

Role: OCM Analyst II

Duration: 12-months

Location: Austin TX 78744

Note: This role requires onsite presence 4 5 days per week. Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Summary:

The primary role and responsibility of OCM analyst is to schedule plan and execute project-level change strategies including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM analyst works closely with the project managers business relationship managers risk managers application development team quality assurance team and other technology partners (DBAs SAs etc) to provide complete the IT Operations tasks. Develops and implements testing communication and training strategies and deliverables. Experience in being a team player in change management process. Possess in depth knowledge of each line of business to anticipate necessary changes in related to training communications stakeholder buy-in behavioral change to facilitate successful implementation of software applications and systems.

Minimum Yrs of Experience Skills and Qualifications

5 Years of Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.

5 Years of In addition to analysis assessments and change strategies the resource will have experience developing work products such as change management plans communications plans and training plans. Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst).

5 Years of Provides project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.

5 Years of Experience working with and reach all levels of employees.

3 Experience on large Information Technology efforts with Agency-wide impact.

3 Years of Creates a weekly executive summary of all project statuses including highlights for leaderships attention. Generates high-quality tailored reports and analysis to inform the decision making of senior leadership.

3 Years of Develops content for dissemination to non-technical users.

3 Years of Supports the development and maintenance of relationships within ITD and across the agency. Develops and executes communications plans for the CRM to communicate project work priorities and impacts across the agency to provide transparency into CRM projects.

3 Years of Provides project teams and users with documentation based on industry best practices to improve understanding of technical changes.

3 Years of Contributes to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members peers and ITD leaders. Actively embodies ITD values and behaviors including accountability ethics and best-in-class customer service. Contributes to a culture of trust and transparency by sharing information broadly openly and deliberately.

3 Years of Supports the vision for Engagement Culture and Communications. Works closely with team members and management to implement and support effective solutions for change management. Maintains currency with technology standards and best practices. Supports process improvement efforts within the

team and across ITD.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

4 Years of Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Communications Organizational Change Management or related field.

3 Years of Marketing and/or corporate communications experience
