Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to coordinate and oversee Domestic and International payroll processing activities. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll operations compliance internal controls and vendor management. The ideal candidate will ensure payroll accuracy maintain documentation standards and support audit and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee Domestic and International payroll processing
Create and maintain detailed payroll process documentation
Ensure processes procedures and validations are consistent across all locations
Maintain strong internal controls and support payroll audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Submit accurate and timely funding for International payroll liabilities
Prepare monthly General Ledger (GL) files for international payroll liabilities
Manage year-end reconciliation and reporting for Domestic and International payroll
Maintain vendor relationships with third-party payroll providers
Respond to notifications from payroll vendors and tax authorities

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Domestic and International payroll processing
Knowledge of payroll compliance internal controls and audit support
Experience preparing GL files and payroll reconciliations
Vendor management experience with third-party payroll providers
Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Richmond VA)

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification
