Senior Demand Planning Analyst

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Demand Planning Analyst:

#1. Bachelors degree required

#2. 3 5 years of business experience within Supply Chain areas required

#3. Strong experience in Demand Forecasting and S&OP leadership including analyzing historical sales trends and driving accurate monthly forecasts

#4. Proven expertise in Inventory Management and Critical Supply Assessments to optimize stock levels and minimize excess carrying costs

#5. Hands-on experience with Tools Group Demand Planning / Forecast Software (SO99) and working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

Responsibilities of the Senior Demand Planning Analyst:

As a Sr. Demand Planning Analyst this role will facilitate product forecasting demand planning and logistics activities for related product types. The Sr. Demand Planning Analyst will lead internal communications and S&OP processes to optimize inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize excess carrying costs. This role is responsible for analyzing sales and distribution activities to ensure consistency accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

Operational Responsibilities:

Critical Supply Assessments

• Evaluate inventory availability and lead the process and inter-departmental communications.
• This position will own update and improve the Inventory Tracking System.

Demand Planning

• Lead weekly supply chain meetings with internal stakeholders and relevant suppliers.
• Take ownership of monthly S&OP processes for BDI drug oral imaging and nuclear product lines.
• Evaluate historical sales trends; investigate demand drivers; prepare forecasts based on historical trends.
• Lead cross functional meetings with Marketing and Finance to review align document and finalize forecast changes required based on market intelligence.
• Lead BDI nuclear and drug oral imaging requirements needed to maintain inventory stocking requirements.
• Lead demand planning and direct procurement processes for drug oral imaging and nuclear product lines.

Project Management/Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

Responsible for leading or supporting process improvement projects.

• Participate in company annual objectives for reducing spend and increasing revenue.
• Develop ROI analysis to support improvement ideas.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for the Executive team to gain alignment on areas of opportunity.
• Lead and participate on project teams to support and/or represent the customer fulfillment function and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the revision of SOPs and Training documents as needed for system changes impacting the Customer Fulfillment team.

Other Responsibilities.

• Maintain knowledge of company products and services offered by other departments. (i.e. Professional Services Operations Accounts Receivable Sales and Marketing.)
• Maintain cGMP standing through timely completion of all training provided.

Requirements of the Senior Demand Planning Analyst:

• Bachelors degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively in-person via e-mail telephone and Zoom/TEAMS conferencing is required.
• 3-5 years business experience within Supply Chain areas required
• 1-3 years Tools Group Demand Planning / Forecast software (SO99) required
• 2-3 years SAP SD experience preferred.
• Excellent organization skills while managing multiple ongoing projects.

• None required
• Lean Training Preferred

Other Key Requirements:

• Hybrid Role Must be able to be in the office 3 days a week.
