Job Title: Tosca Test Automation Engineer (Motor Vehicle Systems Georgia DOR 3 Yrs Exp)
Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite - Local to Metro Atlanta)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution
Develop design and execute automated test plans using Tricentis Tosca for motor vehicle regulation systems. Create model-based test cases and data-driven scenarios to validate business and system requirements while adapting to ongoing changes. - Collaboration & Defect Management
Work closely with developers business analysts and stakeholders from a testing perspective. Create detailed defect reports including reproduction steps severity business impact and supporting evidence such as screenshots or logs. Validate fixes through automated retesting in Tosca. - Testing Scope & Quality Assurance
Perform regression testing and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system stability reliability and functionality. - Compliance & Security
Ensure adherence to Georgia IT security privacy and data protection standards especially when handling sensitive information. - Support & Knowledge Sharing
Manage test data maintain clear and comprehensive testing documentation and mentor or train junior team members on Tosca automation best practices.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Tax Clearance Letter (Required at the time of candidate submission; must follow Compliance Tab instructions)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca test automation
- Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies and best practices
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret software requirements to ensure full testing coverage
- Experience developing executing documenting and organizing automated test cases
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to clearly document and report test execution results
- Willingness to undergo a Georgia Department of Revenue background check
- Compliance with Georgia tax obligations
- No felony convictions
- Ability to complete fingerprinting requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Certification Level 1 or Level 2
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior testers
- Familiarity with regulatory or government system environments
