Job Summary

Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience eliciting and managing business requirements from stakeholders and system artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong experience developing detailed business and process documentation including use cases process flows screen mock-ups and data dictionaries.
Hands-on experience creating test plans and test cases executing functional system and regression testing and ensuring full test coverage by mapping requirements to test scenarios.
Experience identifying documenting and tracking application defects through resolution including verification and retesting of fixes.
Demonstrated experience supporting business applications in a help-desk or production support environment.
Experience working with systems related to criminal justice processing including Gun Safety Management systems.
