Job Summary

Job Title: Trainer for Student Data systems

Location: TX (100% Remote Within the United States.)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience working with the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) at the LEA and/or vendor level including its data collections
Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills to support coordination across technical and business stakeholders
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and maintaining documentation
Experience providing training and support to team members or end users

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with software documentation including documenting software issues release notes and technical guides
Proven experience in technical writing creating clear concise and comprehensive documentation

Responsibilities

Support and maintain documentation related to the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) and associated data collections
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather clarify and document system requirements and updates
Provide high-quality customer service and act as a point of contact for system-related inquiries
Develop review and maintain accurate technical and process documentation
Document software issues enhancements release notes and user guides as needed
Assist in training team members and stakeholders on system functionality and documentation standards
Ensure all documentation meets quality standards maintains consistency and reflects current system behavior
