Job Description: Data Entry Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering data from various sources into the companys database system
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data entered
  • Organizing and maintaining data in an efficient manner
  • Performing regular data quality checks and audits
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in data entry and typing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data input
  • Basic knowledge of database systems
  • Strong organizational skills

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
  • Experience working with financial data is a plus
  • Familiarity with data entry software or tools
