Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop construct test and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems.
- Design and implement data pipelines for acquiring storing and processing data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing quality control processes.
- Optimize data infrastructure and architecture for improved efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL Python and other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data engineering role.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud or Azure.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Background in real estate or property data analysis is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
