What Youll Do

Review payments and collections processes for efficiency and compliance
Identify gaps across authorization settlement disputes and recovery
Develop actionable recommendations to improve payment performance
Deliver executive-level insights and operational storylines
Partner with stakeholders across risk operations and analytics teams

What Youll Bring

5 years of experience in payments collections or advisory roles
Strong understanding of retail payments lifecycle and compliance
Experience with payment or collections platforms is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Telecom experience preferred but not mandatory
