1. Design And Implement Detailed Test Plans For Complex Software Features And Modules Utilizing Functional Testing Methodologies To Ensure Thorough Coverage And Quality Assurance.
2. Utilize Automation Tools Such As Selenium And Testng To Enhance Test Efficiency And Effectiveness While Proactively Advocating For Timely Defect Resolution And The Implementation Of Quality Assurance Best Practices Across The Team.
3. Identify Reproduce And Document Software Defects Using Tools Like Jira Following Established Procedures To Ensure Accurate Reporting And Tracking.
4. Collaborate With Developers To Analyze Prioritize And Verify Defect Resolutions While Actively Participating In Test Reviews To Drive Continuous Improvement And Share Best Practices Within The Organization.
5. Stay Informed Of The Latest Testing Technology Trends And Contribute To The Creation And Maintenance Of Test Automation Frameworks And Libraries Implementing Innovative Testing Approaches To Address Evolving Software Complexities.
