As our Social Media Manager Organic Social at FORMEL SKIN you will be the creative driver especially behind our Instagram and TikTok presence. You are not only a strategist but also a creator confident both in front of and behind the camera. You will produce edit and publish content that communicates the essence of our brand builds a strong emotional connection with our community integrates our founder Dr. Sarah in line with her brand role and drives engagement across channels.
Tasks
- Channel Ownership: Fully own our organic Instagram and TikTok channels from concept to execution publishing and performance tracking.
- Content Creation: Act as both creator and creative director develop ideas shoot and edit content (photo and video) including appearing on camera yourself.
- Video Editing: Independently edit videos for Reels/TikTok adding captions effects and engagement-boosting elements.
- Integration of Dr. Sarah: Plan and produce content with our founder Dr. Sarah positioning her as a trusted medical authority in line with our brand guidelines focusing on high-quality informative content rather than influencer-style posts.
- Trend Spotting & Adaptation: Identify relevant social trends and creatively adapt them to fit our brand identity and tone of voice.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with our audience by actively engaging with comments messages and community content supported by our Customer Care Team.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (reach engagement follower growth video views share of voice) and optimize content strategy based on data insights.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in social media content creation with a focus on Instagram and TikTok for consumer brands.
- Strong skills in shooting and editing short-form video content for social platforms.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand in a professional yet approachable way.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of current social media trends and formats.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently from idea to published post.
- Experience in integrating brand spokespeople or experts into social content is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
