About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager Legal Services & Legal Tech to join our global Responsible Business team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal services technology and data-driven pricing strategy.

As Pricing Manager you will play a key role in shaping innovative pricing frameworks for technology-enabled legal services and digital products. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders legal teams technology specialists and finance professionals to design pricing strategies that support sustainable growth maximise value for clients and strengthen the firms competitive position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to quantify the value proposition of technology-enabled legal solutions and design innovative pricing methodologies that support sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong margins.
• Develop AI-driven pricing strategies for disaggregated services including subscription-based usage-based and ecosystem monetisation models in collaboration with partners and the Head of Legal Tech.
• Create dynamic pricing models and digital templates using data analytics to optimise fee proposals across technology-enabled service offerings.
• Lead strategic responses to complex client RFPs by designing differentiated technology-enhanced service packages.
• Design and implement a data-driven post-matter review process to capture technology utilisation metrics and ROI enabling continuous refinement of pricing strategies.
• Work closely with financial systems teams to develop Power BI dashboards that visualise technology adoption pricing effectiveness and revenue performance.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelors degree with finance qualifications and demonstrated experience pricing digital products within technology-driven environments.
• Experience with subscription-based or AI-driven pricing models is advantageous.
• Advanced data analysis skills in Excel including experience with pricing algorithms and financial modelling tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate complex scenarios involving emerging technologies and estimate revenue potential.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex pricing concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. German language skills are beneficial.
• Ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build alignment across legal technology and finance teams.
• Strong attention to detail combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
