Job Description:
Key responsibilities:

Data management: Collect organize and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Reporting and analysis: Generate analyze and present regular reports and dashboards for different departments to support strategic decision-making.
System maintenance: Ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the organizations information systems and databases.
Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software operating systems and networks.
Process improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency data accuracy and reporting processes.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams management and IT departments to meet data requirements and support business objectives.
Training: Provide training and support to staff on using MIS tools and systems.
Required qualifications and skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
Technical skills:
1. Database management (e.g. SQL)
2. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
3. Strong skills in advanced Excel functions
Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Soft skills: Excellent communication teamwork time management and a positive attitude.
