Restructuring Disputes & Insolvency Lawyer

About the Role:

Due to continued growth within the Corporate Group the firm is seeking a talented and motivated Restructuring Disputes & Insolvency Lawyer to join a leading practice in this space.

In this role you will work on complex high-profile matters across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency. You will advise a diverse client base that includes lenders insolvency practitioners directors shareholders and creditors often on matters that are both legally challenging and commercially significant.

You will work closely with five partners as part of a large multidisciplinary team that brings together corporate commercial banking and finance lawyers along with litigators who have deep expertise in restructuring and insolvency. This collaborative environment ensures exposure to varied work high-quality mentorship and the opportunity to develop well-rounded expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters including corporate restructurings voluntary administrations liquidations receiverships and contentious insolvency disputes
  • Working on complex and high-profile matters for a diverse client base including lenders insolvency practitioners directors shareholders and creditors
  • Preparing and drafting a wide range of legal documents including pleadings court filings legal advice financial restructuring plans and Deeds of Company Arrangement
  • Collaborating closely with partners and senior practitioners across multiple practice groups to deliver integrated commercially focused legal solutions

About You:

You are a motivated lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience who enjoys working on complex matters and thrives in a high-performing collaborative environment.

In addition to your legal experience you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in restructuring and corporate insolvency
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
