Position: IS Operations Analyst
Location: Hershey PA 17033

Job Description:
- Performs financial asset and IS service management processes.
- The position will manage telecom and network invoice actions perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software and maintain accurate asset record keeping.
Main Duties:
- Invoice management support other financial processes perform procurement activities asset management and fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors. Perform analysis reporting and documentation as requested.
Typical Day:
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and Procurement activities
- Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume deadline driven environment
- Asset Management (software & hardware)
Must Haves (i.e. years of experience) 4-5 years
- Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable): ServiceNow SAM/HAM (Must) SAP Ariba (Nice to have)
- Industry Experience: IS related
