Job Summary

Title: RM - Network & Svcs Operations Representative Location: Maryland US (Onsite) Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 5 Months (End Date: 07/24/2026) Work Hours: 40.00 Hrs/Wk

Role Summary This position oversees global hotel network environments to ensure reliable secure and high-performing services. The role involves leading daily operations configuration governance and hardware/software lifecycle management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for hotel and corporate stakeholders ensuring seamless network service delivery and transparency.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day global network operations ensuring high availability and adherence to SOPs.
Lead incident and problem management activities driving root cause elimination.
Oversee configuration management network policy compliance and ITIL-aligned change processes.
Manage the lifecycle of network hardware/software including patches upgrades and vendor escalations.
Serve as a primary interface for hotel leadership and IT stakeholders to manage service expectations.
Support new hotel openings and network expansions including WAN and wireless deployments.

Required Skills

12 years in network operations/engineering within global or distributed environments.
10 years of experience in Network Routing Switching Wireless LAN and Enterprise Network operations.
Active Certifications: CCNA and CCNP (Routing and Switching) are mandatory.
Expertise in ITIL processes and configuration/change governance.
Strong knowledge of WAN and enterprise monitoring.
