Onsite interview

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team for a second-shift position.

The successful candidate will receive training during the first month to six weeks on the first shift before transitioning to the second shift
In this role the candidate will be responsible for managing hazardous waste and industrial wastewater as well as overseeing QA/QC processes for the materials being produced.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Chemistry Engineering or a related laboratory field.
A college degree is preferred; however equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests using both conventional and computerized equipment.
Perform tests in accordance with prescribed standards to determine chemical and physical characteristics.
Set up calibrate and operate laboratory instruments and equipment.
Ensure all laboratory work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
