Job Summary

This onsite customer-facing role serves as the first point of contact for customers at the branch. Responsibilities include scanning products creating work orders coordinating truck parking and supporting basic service and warranty processes to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan incoming products and initiate work orders

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

  • Coordinate truck parking and service flow in the yard

  • Provide status updates and basic service support

  • Assist with warranty documentation (preferred not required)

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

  • Experience in auto service repair facility or service-related roles

  • Comfortable working onsite Monday Friday 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
