Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Program Manager / Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of a large-scale ERP transformation program within a financial services environment. This role will oversee complex migration initiatives manage cross-functional teams ensure regulatory compliance and drive alignment with organizational and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities deep Oracle ecosystem experience and a proven track record of managing enterprise-wide transformation programs involving MDM DRM EDMCS and OFSAA platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a comprehensive Oracle ERP program from planning through execution and delivery
Oversee MDM Oracle DRM / EDMCS migration initiatives ensuring data integrity and governance

Manage OFSAA and EDMCS migration activities in alignment with financial services regulations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders technical teams vendors and analysts
Ensure program delivery meets scope schedule budget and quality expectations
Drive compliance with regulatory and audit requirements within a financial services environment
Develop and maintain program plans status reports risk logs and governance documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and steering committees
Promote agile and best-practice project management methodologies across the program
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders technical teams vendors and analysts
Ensure program delivery meets scope schedule budget and quality expectations
Drive compliance with regulatory and audit requirements within a financial services environment
Develop and maintain program plans status reports risk logs and governance documentation

Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as an Oracle Program Manager / Project Manager in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with:
MDM Oracle DRM / EDMCS migrations
OFSAA / EDMCS migration projects
Experience managing ERP programs within financial services (banking insurance or capital markets preferred)
Strong understanding of data governance regulatory compliance and enterprise reporting
Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies simultaneously
Strong hands-on experience with:
MDM Oracle DRM / EDMCS migrations
OFSAA / EDMCS migration projects
Experience managing ERP programs within financial services (banking insurance or capital markets preferred)
Strong understanding of data governance regulatory compliance and enterprise reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience leading large-scale ERP or finance transformation programs
Exposure to agile delivery models and hybrid project management approaches
Experience working with global teams and system integrators
PMP PgMP or Oracle-related certifications (preferred not mandatory)
