Job Summary

Job Title: STIBO STEP MDM Architect
Location: Dallas TX (Initial Remote)

Job Description: 12 years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams engage with customers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality scalable solution.

Skills and Requirements:

Lead the design architecture and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices.
12 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM including configuration integration and deployment.
Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
Excellent understanding of Product Supplier Customer Datamodel and experience in designing solutions
Must have customer facing experience management skills and a strong technical background.
Excellent interpersonal communication and team-facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices
Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
Responsible for design architecture and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.
Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices.
Define data governance strategies policies roles responsibilities processes controls and rules.
Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration.
Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
Configure build and unit test STEP components including data structures roles workflows and portals
