Job Overview:
UX Architect to lead the design of seamless intuitive and accessible user experiences across our digital insurance platforms. You will work at the intersection of user needs business goals and technology designing experiences that drive customer satisfaction retention and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products (Life P&C Health etc.) and workflows and be skilled in designing user experiences across customer journeys such as quote & buy policy management claims filing billing and self-service.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Psychology or related field.
- 6 years of experience in UX design/architecture with at least 23 years in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Solid portfolio showcasing UX design work for complex enterprise or customer-facing applications.
- Proficient in tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD Axure or similar.
- Strong knowledge of design systems interaction design principles and responsive frameworks.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
